  1. I have no trouble driving a lefty ...

generally speaking lhd import = less rust

  2. Up until yesterday I hadn't driven it for a few months, took it to the petrol station, filled up, paid and then walked back and got in the wrong side :(

    Dumbass ;)

This is a sign of how even great value buses aren't shifting!

Out if interest is it advertised anywhere else?
If not it may not be the market but the marketing!

  19. If I may interject! If someone has a budget of 6k, and good bus comes up at 7k ono, then, to me that means 6.5k! What do you get for an xtra 500 WELL OBVIOUSLY A LEFT HOOKER , but really this isn't an big deal, also adds a bit of kudos having an import.. Import?. That means its got virtually 0 rust, as opposed to a quite rare rust free rhd, that is probably full of filler . It also has been subject to something that an e bay purchase might not have. LOVE. This bus has had lots of love thrown at it. Mthat is worth a lot. What sort of rhd would you get for 6k? I bought my lhd german import, 10 years ago. I was looking to spend 3k, but all were rotten, then saw this lhd for 4250, ouch! But every time it goes on the mot ramp, I have little smile , and its got 12 months ticket. I think if anyone had the cash, was seriously looking for a good van, then this is a no brainer. Come summer this will be worth more, and internal stuff is only wood. I made a lot of the cupbs in mine. Its a useable van not a museum peice or a classic restoration. If any one buys cheaper, they had better get a free mig welder thrown in
