Top locker on mine Had to be made to measure too. Something to do with the westy roof being flat not concave.
TP your interior is based on the moonraker ,take the table out thats stored under the locker before you go to bed ,gives you more room
It's more to do with the bed in the roof though as the bit that overhangs has a sharp edge and is.low meaning you bang your head and when you do the metal nearly scalps you... <---I'm being well dramatic but still x its not a major problem I just wondered why nine seemed lower? x
see the metal bit that's the bed bit in roof... It's got a sharp edge to it...not pleasant to the side of tour head... Lol x
<---I'm being well dramatic This I sleep with my head under the locker theres 2 sharp metal runners where the table stores ,just know your surroundings
Formica do have a match. We did a re-trim for an architect and he had access to the professional side of the formica website and there are many more laminates listed apparently. Anyway he had some laminating redone in a perfect match ....it looks great.
Tiny PiE .... Stick a pic up, so we can take look..... What's the floor like? .. Any built up areas ?
Tiny Take no notice of my last post.... Should of carried on reading before chipping in.... Doh... I was a page behind....think it's time to go to sleep now, nite all
I spent some time the other day hunting for Cherry laminate for doing the cupboards and have a number on the way from various suppliers, plus some samples of self adhesive decorative foils (sticky back plastic for Blue Peter viewers) that I am considering for covering the side panels. When I have something I will put a thread up of what I received.
Just thought I would add a pic of our buddy box bin ... and the electrical panel. ... and some other views of the interior , hope you like.
Hi DavidofT, Managed to get a few pics of the toilet box today, gives you some idea of how it went together. Careful planning so that carrying holes line up with the toilet pull flush handle .. etc. Think it through first. not sure where you are in the world but if you were close enough you could come up and I'd help you build it...... Like you said .. You've got all the bits....... And I've got my tools here, the router was a godsend. Cheers Lee
hi lee im near portsmouth, where are you ? those pictures are handy, where did you get the black trim from, i dont have a router just yet, what porta potti is that one?
like the toilet box, but still not sure about the thunder box, it would be good to more storage!! Here's mine as it is at the moment based on the westy berlin interior, just tweaked a little to our taste
