made a rear door card and varnished it.

the original was rotten so i haven't had one on for a year, i've lost a bit of legroom in bed now though.

 

Finished off the headlining, Horrible job.

 

wired up tacho, fitted new ht leads.

 

Drank John Smiths and a BBQ

 

Absolutely nothing! Filled her up and took her out for a trip to Windsor great park with Mr. Blimey and the dogs

 

New brake pads and new caliper

 

Drove to Tesco in it - then baked a cake

 

put new vinyl tiles down on yesterday's new plywood floor (whilst dodging pesky showers)

 

Washed and polished ready for a run down to the new forest for a couple of days chilling. ;D

 

Painted white on the top half of all the doors ready to be flipped today and paint the reverse. Then fit a new track rod end on the missis's car.

 

gave it a pat as i walked past

 

Looked at the empty space on the drive...and hoped the mechanic will get it through its mot on Monday.

Then realised how much emptier it all looked, driveway I mean but could it also be a metaphor for life with and without a bay.

then later at 9 drove him home ;D

 

Haven't had the van out, but freed up the brakes on the Puck.

No wonder we struggled to tow it last time. The brakes would engage but not fully disengage!
All parts cleaned and lubricated and a return spring fitted.
