I take your point, it must create a blind spot there, but it doesnt seem to be a problem. I guess I just look round it subconsciously. The worst car I have ever driven for visibility has to be an early Audi TT... no wonder they are always pulling out in front of people

That was exactly my first thought. With those biggish mirrors, the only fault I have found in the three four five or so years that I’ve had them, is pulling up to roundabouts. Occasionally and only when not giving the concentration one hundred and five per cent, just on the odd now and then, when approaching a roundabout, you may have to stop quickly as you spot something out of the corner of your eye approaching the roundybout from your right so you have to give way. Then you notice there’s nothing coming so you pull out. I’d noticed this ever so often and didn’t even think about the alternative universe or ghoul drivers or paranormal traffic or anything of that ilk. Then just one day it dawned on me that I was catching a glimpse of the car behind me in the mirror but misinterpreted it as something approaching from the right hand side due to slight lack of concentration because I was staring straight ahead. Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,,,,,just me then ?
That was exactly what the print was about. On the nears front step, some of the black spots were actually rusted holes and that was how I’d disguised them for a few years but I have some newer ones now ready for my next phase to be sorted in the next few weeks. Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,I almost finished altering it again
I think you are both right whilst being both wrong at the same time I like em, you’ve done a good “How to” there Barrington Haynes
