Hi all. We've just recently got this old chap. And are trying to find out what colour reference the "green" bits are. The photos are from when it had been resprayed by a previous owner in 2018, I tracked down the sprayshop, but he had no record of what colour it was. (which I personally think is a bit poor!)
Yeah, I was trying to avoid that as I work all week and at weekends work both mornings so I don't have a lot of time. Thought I'd just take a punt on a couple of touch-ups if I could get some references.
Doesn't look like VW colour to me, but happy to be proved wrong. I would seriously think on @S1mon's suggestion, paint factors often open early.
You're probably right, at least it would be a perfect match. I start work at 05:30 7days a week! (sad muppet, I know) so would need one that stayed open late! I'll have to try to book a day off and go on a mission!
Is it Taiga green? Or a T25 colour @Adrian Ashton ? It looks like one of our vans when we had just had it Re sprayed.

I think you might be right, I did a google search on "Taiga green VW" and a lot of them do look very similar. I might just take a chance on a small touch up pot and see how it turns out.
Hmm, bloody hell! It does, now I'm not sure. I think I'm going to have to get it down to a paint supplier really!
Nah the photo at the beginning looks nothing like that sage green. Sent from my Pixel 4 using Tapatalk
But the two photos at the beginning look nothing like each other, one in sun one in cloud! Get it to a paint supplier.
Good point, they do look different in each photo. Only way is to get it scanned or. Colour matched to a swatch Sent from my Pixel 4 using Tapatalk
I saw a quaker yesterday funnily enough, and thought that myself! I'll have to drive to Whiteways on a Sunday and see if there's one to compare against!
