Yes indeed. I've also just printed it off in A1 size on my work printer :D

If you want an Illustrator copy to play with you're welcome to a copy. I use AI CS3.

  2. It's a bit...cramped...on A4...

Its actually constructed in A3 but being a vector graphic it doesn't really matter as it scales up perfectly - use zoom. The A1 drawing is perfect!

So far I spotted the lack of fused feed to the "M" terminal on the snail fan relay, lack of earth to the tail lights and a wrong label on the Fr RHS indicator.
    Still looking.

Great diagram Mark , just bought a loom from autosparks and there is no labels on the wires so this diagram is gonna be a great help.

  6. A4's made my eyes go funny

Looks fine. You might want to add yet another relay for horns, if you wanted to replace the stock pathetic one with twins. Also, no rear foglight? Deffo worth having.

Thanks Snotty. Yes it was difficult to see the colours even with the A1 size print. I've now changed the key and scaled the size up. It's pretty cramped but much easier to read now - will post later.
I'll have a few spare long wires in the loom and one was ultimately destined to be for fogs and another for a HRW if I ever find one.

  8. I’d deffo stick a rear fog on in Phase 1. You can drive it straight from the switch, no relay necessary.

S'pose that's sensible. Better find some.

    Looks great Mark.

The only thing I have noticed is you have no terminal 57 on the light switch for the sidelight warning bulb in the dash, but I guess that your bus doesnt have one? All the buses I have in the workshop at the mo are pre 72, and from memory, maybe vw binned it off on later models?

You're right - I don't have that warning bulb on my dash!

    Fair enough!

It looks excellent anyway, nice and clear, easy to read 10/10. I will be printing out a copy for the workshop.

  15. They do sell quite a lot of other stuff. You could buy a nice pair of Bosch horns from them ;)...

Here's the latest version with thicker lines for the wires so it's easier to read - and I've corrected the errors so far

Edit: go to the diagram near the end of this thread as the final one has been tweaked.

  18. Take the feed from the top of one of the sidelight fuses (F1 or F2 on the original).
