Camping Bladder!

Discussion in 'General Discussion' started by SweeneyTodd, Aug 16, 2019.

  1. Why is your bladder always EXTRA full when you go camping!? Especially when the van is 600 yds from the 'posh' toilets (the ones with the dry floor & more than 3 sheets of loo roll)?
I should do this more! :)

  2. Cheeky wee? Go for it...

  3. That is why vans have rusty back quarters.

  4. Could be something to do with the extra intake of alcoholic beverages

I’m ok up to 3 pints (when I used to drink), then need to pee after every pint, after. ‘Bust a seal’, I think the term is...

An empty Fairy laundry liquid bottle has a nice wide neck and a non-leak top.

  17. Do some extending exercise on the old bladder, this involves drinking at least 2 buckets of water every day for 14 days before going camping

Nope, always been like it, even as a teen.I mean...3 pints! How much can a bladder hold, anyway?

  19. Always wise to do some rinsing & extended boiling. Especially if staying in a Travelodge

I’ve since upgraded to a lenor bottle with a wider neck allowing for full insertion , taking out the guess work whether everything is aligned
