Yorkshire pudding tastes of well Yorkshire pudding
Stuffing tastes of stuffing

Your roast dinner avec meat & bone juice
Meat tastes of meat, ok I’ll give you that one
Veg tastes of gravy
Yorkshire pudding becomes a sloppy mess which tastes of gravy
Stuffing becomes a sloppy mess that tastes the same as the Yorkshire

Why would you add a liquid to your food to change the texture of it and make everything taste the same? If you like the taste of bone juice that much why not dispense with the aggro of cooking the roast in the first place and just have a jug of gravy instead?
