Daisy is our 1972, 2litre, tin top campervan.

She has a full width rock and roll bed, gas heating for when you are travelling, electric heating for when you are connected, twin gas burner and grill, and a fridge with an ice box (which is an optional extra as it fits in our new van). We are including a twin bike carrier.

We’ve had her for 9 years and in that time she’s travelled round England and Wales with us and we’ve had many, many happy nights in her.

She’s exempt from road tax, so she’s an economical girl to run. And she is MOT exempt.

She’s a fantastic van to camp in, and she does look the part, but she’s now in need of a new home.

(And technically she's a crossover, in that she's got low indicators at the front but she's a late bay where it counts, disk brakes, type 4 2l engine, etc.)

Daisy currently lives with us just outside Ipswich, feel free to contact us on 07802151320 or at geoff.holloway@btconnect.com

    £14,500

  2. just a thought.....

If you are looking for a camper for this summer Daisy is fully ready to go, just add your stuff and a litre bottle of Pimms (there's a custom built space for just such a vital item) and you are off!

  3. Now we love our Daisy to bits, even though we aren't using her enough any more, but our love has obviously fooled us about her value to others. The lack of interest clearly means we've over valued her so we are reducing the price to £12,950. Do we start a new thread as the price is in the title?

  6. Why not trying to sell here at Alive and vdubbin vw show near Bury Suffolk in 7/8/9 July?.

  7. Looks a great bus - worrying that you haven't sold it yet as it makes mine look scruffy - GLWS

  8. Thank you Bern, much appreciated. I will learn to use these forums - honest.

As for Alive & VDubbin we had thought about doing that but we've never been - how does it work if you are trying to sell a bus?

  9. Daisy now lives with new parents in Kent, so do smile at her if you see her.

So to be clear, we have sold her and she is no longer for sale.

    Hi @Geoff

Congratulations on the sale. Your van looks lovely. Quick question please. Did you buy the cupboards, or make them? I’ve got a van with a full width bed but no cupboards.

    Cheers
