Techenders: 26th - 28th April 2019. Who's coming?

I'm home, whizzed up in an hour and a half.

Great little cruise without using my dodgy brakes!! Probably should have looked at them this weekend.

 

Yeah we’re back home safe mate
Romany is already asking when can we go again
She had a great time

I think the weight we saved from the broken tent and cooker was replaced by all the rain everything was soaked in


Me n Mrs para had a good time despite the weather and damages
It was good to catch up with old friends and great to make new ones.

 

Was so lovely to see you again and meet your family, hope we see you at my party... treat them book a room in the BB and if not hopefully September TE x

Thanks to everyone's help and advice over a cracking weekend, Dora achieved 67 mph for the first time ever and drove like a dream on the run home. Can't tell you how much more confident I feel about keeping her running well after just my first Techenders! Brilliant to meet everyone, I'm now hooked and will definitely be back in September!

 

Thanks for a great weekend all - good to catch up with some old faces and meet lots of new ones

And thank you all for not being too rude about my T5 and letting me park in the same field!!

Home. Absolutely shattered, windswept and still grinning like a Cheshire Cat.
Another fabulous techenders meeting newbies, oldies and crazies. My voice is going, my face hurts from so much laughing and I’ve learned some new skills!

Sooooo pleased the robo’s popped in too!

Can we do it again next month pleeeaaase?

I have to share the news... we rarely miss a TE as most will know and if we do it’s because we literally have no option! So the last 5 days Mr Robo has been completing his next training session Core Skills 2 to become a firefighter, yesterday was assessment day and today everything he has learnt to date they had to put to use under assessment conditions... he’s had some brutal very challenging tasks to overcome not to mention the wind yesterday and a 13.5m ladder!

Anyway... this afternoon after his consolidation interview I’m so proud to say he got his diamond on his helmet which means he is now safe to ride and will be going out on real life calls... the mini Robo’s are so proud of their daddy and I just think he’s amazing!

Thought I would let those who know him know after him turning up yesterday for some welcoming hugs

In fact,you all looked bloody gorgeous, happy and wonderful... could be because I’d been surrounded by grubbers all weekend though!

Not sure for how much longer I can keep calling Katie and Charlie the mini robos, they keep growing!
