  12. I read somewhere today that the 1.8 Diesel engines are pretty bomb proof.
I also read the brakes are poor
    How do you find yours?

I think the engines go on and on tho not v quickly. Need cam belt change too.

The brakes are a bit poo but you just leave more time and space.

My first trip in my current one was from Crawley to Sheffield on the motorway.

Slow and steady wins the day :)

I had a Citroen berlingo romahome duo, they are quite good, the main thing I didn’t like was the whole inside of the van is the bed, the kitchen sink etc is at the back doors, but do best part of 60 mpg, sleep 2 reasonably well, there should be a bed extension to make it long enough for a growing lad like yerself, you can pick them up pretty cheap too, have you seen one ?

The engines run forever, no electrics just old school diesel, change the oil and cam belt service etc and it will run forever

    Nowhere near she left it!

  18. Is that the berlingo or just the c15?

  19. I’ve had a quick look at the berlingo romahomes on eBay and they fetch more than I could sell my van for.
