I've been a fan as long as I can remember , it started when I was 15 and staying Glastonbury .Its always been in the back of my mind that one day I would go and see them live .but life happens and now I live in Chester and all there gigs are west country or in the deep south . So imagine my surprise when a few days ago my sister in law announces that they are playing in Leeds and she has bought 4 tickets so we can go .So Kath starts looking for somewhere to stay ,all well so far . Tonight they have added another date to the tour IN BLOODY CHESTER 5 mins down the road Grrr
Your going to need plenty of cider Although they are all well old they can still get the place jumping
I hear The Joystrings are on tour, if you're interested. That lady guitarist on the right's really got a groove on. Expected the duckwalk at any moment...
Saw them at the Hammersmith Odeon: they just ripped the place up. The guitar solo in Onward Christian Soldiers was knockout.
I saw them at a scooter rally in Woolacombe about 15 years ago, they were brilliant doing Oasis covers - Wonderwall wearing farmer smocks and neckchiefs.
