Was anyone else shouting at the TV when ‘Fuzz’ told ‘Tim’ to “tap” the starter motor as he turned the ignition key to try and start the engine and ‘Tim’ started to “tap” the dynamo?
and Fuzz tested the new starter motor without supporting the drive dog end in a bearing as it would be in the car. But it was a lovely story and quite emotional.
Did they go to a supplier who couldn't possibly help them, but was eventually persuaded to when he lost a bet?
