    I can remember the Benzydrax inhalers ...they where used as a cheap option to speed .
    You would take all the insides out of the inhaler and either put it in a drink or swallow it in bits ...the liquid was in a fine plastic fibre .

    Interestingly the company was well aware of the abuse of there product and changed the fabric make up of the insides to a natural fibre that would disintegrate once swallowed ....as the man made fibre was causing gut problems .
    They must have been coining it in .
    There was one guy at Reading Festival back in 1978 who said he called in to about 14 chemists and bought them all in there packs of 20 and made a fortune flogging them to geezers for a quick Wizzz.
