Dubfreeze 2018

Would it be possible to have a show of hands for those that are definitely camping on the Saturday please as per the TE thread. Reason being we have reserved 20 places and I'm trying to baggsy a good spot ..I got told last night that pre-sales are looking good and the organisers are keeping an eye on numbers and may stop sales as space is limited.

I'll start the ball rolling..

We went last year and camped opposite your pitch with our local club, we realised it was a mistake when we came back from the bar about 9pm and they were all in their vans then when we woke up in the morning they had all cleared off !!!!

 

briefly but if I remember we got there late saturday and it was freezing, dropped some bits off to someone, cant remember who but think gave them to @1973daisy
will try do few shows this year defo doing Stanford and may do dubs at the castle

 

We were up until at least 10 pm

 

10.30.... It was @Lord Congi that shut his slider and curtains around 10pm

Just been told that camping has now sold out..

So, if you have bought a ticket to camp - could you add your name to the list please

I need to let the organisers know as close to accurate late bay attendees as possible.

Also if you really, really , really did intend to.camp and didn't get round to booking... If you let me know (PM) I'll see if I can help

Bugger I was tempted to go to this, but had to check with work today. Oh well

 

If I get some numbers for people that did want to go and haven't booked yet but definitely will go, I'll see what I can do, the organisers have said they are going to try and free up some places following discussion from the showground

 

If we've got a club camping spot it'll fit more than 6 of us, plus there a always clubs that don't turn up!

 

I reserved a club spot for 20 of us so that should be OK, just wanted to let them know if we only needed half of it to free up some space .. As its sold out with prepaid tickets I'd imagine most people / clubs will turn up as they've paid up front
