Just posted in another thread, so I’ll move to here. Clunking banging noise very apparent coming from underneath at front end, have inspected all that is visible but all looks good , is this a beam related problem ? I’m lost . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I had this once and then an issue with the shocks, that was my two knocking noises from the front, turned out wrong front shocks had been fitted, cost me a new front beam until the error was spotted !!!
Knowing the P.O. probably hasn’t got one . Does it need one, do all bays have them ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I can’t access my flagbus to check if it’s got one either , garage full of carp at mo . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yes if your suspension is otherwise normal. Coilover shocks can compensate for not having an ARB. Otherwise ball joints may be worn. If lowered by an idiot it could be stock shocks banging on their end stops.
I’ve just done a short vid of bus rocking and the noise but can’t upload off Tapatalk only can do pics ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
My clunking was the ball joints. Whilst on the floor I couldn’t find any faults but when suspended with a ball joint check tool the were shot! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
