  6. Inlet sorted, I have used an enclosed cone filter so hopefully I won't get loads of induction roar. Drilled a couple of holes in the metal pipe and used rubber grommets to mount the inlet air temp sensor and the oil breathers. Pretty please with it tbh.[IMG][IMG][IMG]

  8. Chopped up some T25 cooling pipes and melted the ends to put a flange on it so the pipes don't pop off. Think it looks ok.

Oh and I trimmed and painted the belt protector[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Nice idea using T25 pipes, did they take much fettling / bending to suit?

  10. No bending just chopped them in the right places and used the bends as they came

  11. Did you use stainless steel who offered best price looking to do the same

  12. No I used the plastic pipes from a t25

  13. Back on all fours, rear suspension needs to settle a little but there's loads of room.

  14. Mine actually sits higher at the back than it used to, no doubt a result of the Subaru engine being lighter (I think).

  15. Great work Matt , love the attention to detail such as the enclosed filter to cut down the inlet roar ...

Looking forwards to seeing the build - Techenders perhaps ??

Was chatting with a friend earlier, is the sump a bit low?

He was saying fellows change the sump?

  19. Mounted the reservoir for the clutch

As I have so much room and very little spare cash left, I have decided to fashion an exhaust so I don't have to pay out £600 straight away for custom one.

Using Standard manifolds and first cat so I can use the O2 sensor hole.

Welded up the output as it was pointing the wrong way.

Then I drilled a new hole, and welded on a stub of pipe, just need to get a 90 degree pipe and a back box and I will be sorted I reckon.
