I found out about this at whilst buying a few beers at our local farmer's market. Wincle is a village on the edge of the Peak National Park near Macclesfield.

They have a FB page as well. Campervans are £10 per night for camping. There is food Friday night and all day Saturday, along with live music. Local Pub is doing breakfast.

It's in a lovely setting, good walking up over the Roaches and Luds Church, parked there last Thursday and went for a cracking mtb ride then a pint in the Ship
Will be coming to this as long as we're not on holiday :burp:

It is a lovely location - not bad for road biking too, if s bit strenuous.

  4. Any hills or steeper than a speed bump?

There's proper hills. It's rock climbing country.

Nearly fell off my bike last time I was up there - I struggle on 20% hills with sharp bends :(
