It's okay. I can't go as being a utd member for 45 years doesn't entitle me to a ticket. I can get them on some rip of site, but 3 tickets and three flights would be way too much. I think it was close to £5k total.

That's ridiculous, watch it on the TV feet up with a glass of Londons Finest or 3 , if you do that you will win if you don't, you'll lose, don't say I didn't warn you

I think you may be right! I've been to two Champions League finals and flipping Utd lost in both of them

  8. I've only been to one - but they won it (and how!) Vs Bayern in 1999 Now that's what I would call a successful season.

Three euro finals and we have won all three. Rotterdam was the first, but it was cup winners cup!

This had me thinking last night of the highs and lows of following Chelsea for over 50 years, in particular the lows, some that spring to mind, I'm sure there's lots more I've forgotten, first up the 1967 FA cup final when we lost 2-1 to Tottenham, I was s young lad of 9 I remember crying all the way home on the train, the 1972 league cup final when we lost to Stoke 2-1, the 3-2 defeat to Leyton Orient at Bristsn Road in 1972, getting relegated at White Hart Lane in 1975 and getting a right hiding on the pitch before the game, going all the way up to Middlesborough on a wet Wednesday night and losing 2-0 in the play offs, losing to Arsenal in the 2002 F A cup final In Cardiff
But the worst was traveling all the way to Moscow to play Manchester Utd in the champions league final, it rained all day we were soaking wet, we couldn't get a drink the police were horrible and John Terry slipped taking his penalty meaning we lost, I was gutted

I guess you don't want to add losing to Arsenal in 2017 after an otherwise faultless* season?

    * note : almost faultless, you hadn't qualified for Europe, but that was technically last seasons fault.

I know what you mean, but you have to try for the sake of the kids who died, if you don't carry on they( the terrorists) have won
