Not mine, but my mother turned 70 on Friday. Today she turns up in this. Mint condition. Been up to 50 mph

..and her husband. They have a few old bikes and travel around all summer to different shows. This is the latest edition.

Nice. Is that something you could get in to? They seem to take a lot of tinkering. More than busses.

I would be tempted with having a bike, Ive got my licence, I would love an old, ~1977 Kawasaki Z650 though.

I'll see if there are any photo's of the BSA :D

My dad always had Vincent's, hence my name. I can't remember, but got a few photos of me as a baby sitting on them. They'd be worth a fortune now.

Your mum is a bit of a legend :)

  15. Funny that Mork, our last ride was a 1976 Z Kawasaki 750 A4 in green with yellow pin stripe, boy do I wish we still had it, no pictures though.....we love it, restored it back to stock.......pipes were £1000 the pair..ouch

  16. I started riding on a borrowed 1977 Z650, lots of torque which was good as I didn't know what gear I was in:) No CBT then, just learners permit and insurance and give it a go on the open road!!!!
