but you asked for clever clogs - i am techenders 1980's undefeated music quizzer FACT and you said not vw - and i haven't mentioned it once.
whilst no realistic information is forthcoming my educated guess is best.

I am sick of looking at chevrons now. Looks like it is a police Sergeant's badge.

    It's real.

I think Mickey Mouse refers to watches. I had one of these for years. Sold it now

It was the best Mickey Mouse watch I ever owned. I wish I hadn't sold it.

Seeing as the first one stumped us ( Even though TBR has come up with some interesting pointers) I thought I would give you all another one to think about.

This I have had for a long time. At first I thought it was military, but now I am not sure. Someone said it looked like a air balloon. I am at a loss as to what it really is. It is gold. It is hollow and it has had some repairs over the years. The pin is more early 1900's than modern. It is about 40mm across and the wear indicates it has been well worn.

Any ideas of the design or origin you clever lot?

Karma to Glyn and anyone else that contributed, even though it is only 'thought karma'.
