For the record, despite feigning a mild interest in the process through social expediency, I don't feel this is something I currently need to add to my skillset!
I very nearly bare metaled it all over last time with a tungsten tipped flexi-wheel.... ...not this time but I will use a Tercoo wheel on the waterline (worth getting one in Steve as they are absolutely the best way to prep the steel, they chip off the coating & if you use trad sanders or steel wire they quickly clog up), slap 3 coats of vinyl tar on & renew the anodes. I've booked Ovation Boat Services for a full hull survey , so it'll be a twitchy time as we're only 6mm base & sides.
No. He was booked in before Easter, but the winter floods breached the canal, which closed and he missed his slot. He booked in in again as soon as he could. I'll be paying.
I have a nephew and with his new lady and dog they bought a similar boat which lives near Tewkesbury, they have lived in the boat for 10 years now and enjoy the life.
Are you driving on the wrong side of the road in southern California during an infrequent period of rain? Rugby?
