Radio trim kit

  1. Hi

If you are fitting a new radio, and like me, you find that the original hole in the dash has been cut out larger than the original (mine looks like it was done with a can opener), I can recommend the FP-004 kit from Autoleads. I paid £10 from Amazon.

It fits between the radio fascia and the dash, and it includes 4 surrounds of different sizes to choose from.

I haven't fitted my radio yet as I am still redoing the interior, but here's what I inherited when I bought the van. It's a bit of a mess but either of the two largest surrounds in the kit cover it up nicely.

I hope this is useful to someone.

    Cheers Colin...

Any pics of what you get?
My stereo hole looks like it was cut using an axe.

Perhaps that's why it was so blunt; it was the communal axe!

If I read you're post a couple of weeks ago would of saved me hours on the internet trying to get the right thing.
That's why I live on this forum pinching other people's ideas.
