    Sore throat, high temperature. runny nose, sleeping on sofa with blanket and lemsip and saying ' pass the remote please' in a very meek croaky voice.

    I did alright today. up at 6 ( not bad for a night worker) went to a car boot. back home for 9.30. dug some footings, went to B n Q. Home. filled footings, laid a hearth of quarry tiles. had lunch, primed a shed for painting. walked dog. cleaned the car and collapsed on sofa at 8. Lou may slap me in a bit!
