They are pushing it with 12 seats it must be said. My bus struggles 5 up so imagine how slow it would be with 12 builders on board.

I think a 12 seat bus is a joke. 4 across the rear seat!! and have you seen the leg room for those by the sliding door? I think the phrase "intimate travel companions will be most suited in these seats".

Cheers for posting - I've never seen the brochure before

I have the same step on my Microbus 12seater :)

BTW, to aid elbow space across the back seat, the cross brace in the quarters was cut out during conversion and a moulded interior trim panel fitted in the cavity.

Mine didn't come with any of the seats, but the remains of the fittings for the buddy seats were present.
I know of another late twin slider 12seater - this one had all the seats but they were decidedly bench-like rather than proper seats, kinda like what you'd find in a locker room

They actually moved the rear seat back slightly too...

They took the front upper lip of the rear shelf and in efect, turned it inside out... creating a few extra inches for the rear seat and making fuel tank removal a pain the in the ......

That may explain why last year at the Volksworld show l saw an empty bus that had had a section of the rear bulkhead removed. I thought it was a very clumsy way of getting to the gas tank sender.
