Ugly ducklin

Decided to clean my ugly duckling out today....well it is spring... :beer:



Maybe it will blossom into a swan?

Going to paint it soon but undecided what colour ,originally it was lotus white ,dunno if I like white .... :um:

Whats your plans for her, keep her clean and simple...if so an og colour. If you modify her (alloys, suspension drop) then its gotta be a more modern colour!!

Ill second that id love to see it in a gunmetal bottom and a vauxhall kind of silver up top with drilled chrome bumpers running air ride suspension.

Then again im a dreamer and it would be very impractical

Mark , I am just going to lower the front 3 inch...

still I am no closer to picking the colour ,kinda excited it has been grey for a year....

Well a new frontpanel will sort most of the problems and the moony vents can be sorted with a grinder so its got potential ;)

Gone to the sprayshop today...Drove 80km faultless... :)
 
Last week I spruced the inside up a bit....new floor curtains etc..
 

 
I have gone for the orangy mustardy vw colour ,will be back in two weeks... :clap

The mustard yellow is nice, but I prefere the grey / white combination.....huh uhu... :wink
